Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (product launches, holidays, promotions), processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Typical delivery timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (US): 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by location and customs processing)
  • DHL: 2-5 Business days.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Press Set Nails, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to shipping carrier issues. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
