Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Press Set order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following guidelines.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of your delivery date.

To be eligible, your order must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be in its original condition
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Include the complimentary application kit and all original contents

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return has been approved. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Products that have been used or worn
• Items that are missing the complimentary application kit or original packaging
• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
