Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

For sanitary reasons, all press-on nails, adhesives, and nail accessories are final sale once shipped.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Changing your mind after purchase
  • Wanting a different style
  • Preference-related concerns (shape, length, color, etc.)

We kindly encourage you to review product details carefully and use our sizing resources before completing your purchase to ensure the best possible fit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@presssetnails.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

To request a cancellation or change to your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. After that time, we cannot guarantee changes as the order may already be in processing.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved due to a defective or incorrect item, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
